ONLINE COURSES

Remote teaching is an art. It does not simply consist of taking your usual content and delivering it virtually through software such as Zoom and others. There are many differences between remote and face-to-face teaching. To only name a few, the structure, content, activities, assessments, are all designed differently for a remote learning environment. The experience our trainers have in design and delivery of remote courses allows us to offer programs that foster optimal learner’s engagement and learning.

Upon request, all training topics usually taught in person could be built into remote training programs, based on your specific needs (see the tab Courses for topics suggestions). We can adapt the format according to your needs (webinar or virtual classrooms).

We also prepare a series of virtual classrooms programs that we can give to your managers and employees. While these topics could also be taught in a webinar format, we favoured the format of virtual classrooms when we designed these programs. These programs have been designed specifically to foster optimal learner’s engagement and active participation, by alternating between synchronous and asynchronous learning. Remote synchronous learning involves live virtual classes with interaction and participation of the learners and the teacher. The opposite, asynchronous learning, refers to learning activities carried out by the learner on their own, at their own pace and at the time they prefer. Our virtual classrooms offer you this balance to take advantage of the richness of group discussions and direct support from the trainer (synchronous), all the while allowing the learner to practise and apply their learnings to their own reality between the sessions (asynchronous). This format promotes a better knowledge transfer to the workplace and optimal support from the trainer.

In addition to tailored remote training programs answering your specific needs, here are a few virtual classrooms programs we can offer:
