Dominique Larouche

Dominique graduated from McGill University in 1998 with a B.A. in industrial relations. He has been a human resources professional for almost 25 years. 
Having worked in major organizations from the retail, railroading, industrial and technological sector, he headed teams in labour relations, human resources and health & safety, on top of leading numerous bargaining rounds for companies renewing collective agreements.

Leveraging a collaboration-based approach with operations leaders, internal collaborators and union leaders, Dominique is known as a mobilizing and engaging leader.  He brings strategic support to executives in organizational performance and its relation with managers and employees. Dominique is now dedicated to training, coaching and bargaining in order to positively impact numerous organizations and teams, through the HR topics he cherishes:  leadership, performance and collaboration.
