Chantal Westgate

Chantal Westgate is a professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. Over the past 22 years she has developed an expertise in executive teaching in the areas of communication, influence, collaboration, emotional, relational and cultural intelligences.

She has taught in Canada, Europe, U.S. and the Middle East and has personally developed training programs of up to 5,000 participants. Adept at customizing programs and developing specialized tools and resources. Recipient of several teaching awards, recognized for lively classes that get executives to participate actively in their learning.
